How escrow (Rekening Bersama) works

1. 1Agree on the final price with the seller on WhatsApp.
2. 2Fill in this form with the final price — your invoice is issued right away.
3. 3Pay the invoice through Mayar (QRIS, bank virtual account, e-wallet, or minimarket) — not to the seller. No proof upload needed.
4. 4As soon as the payment is confirmed, the seller is asked to ship the item.
5. 5Once the item arrives, you confirm receipt and the funds go to the seller's balance. Seller payout schedule: payouts requested before 18:00 WIB are transferred that same night between 19:00 and 24:00 WIB; requests after 18:00 WIB are transferred the next night.
